A M. & J. PESTANA – SOCIEDADE DE TURISMO DA MADEIRA S.A., com sede em Largo António Nobre 9004-531 Funchal e com o NIPC 511008872, enquanto responsável pelo tratamento (doravante designada por “M. & J. PESTANA”) mantém este Site para uso individual.

A M. & J. PESTANA reserva-se o direito de alterar estes Termos e Condições de Utilização a qualquer momento, limitando-se a colocar as alterações online no Site, sendo da exclusiva responsabilidade do utilizador a verificação e cumprimento dos mesmos aquando da sua utilização.
